One Day

One day I will get this conquered. I am trying to get changed over to the new blog but so far no successssssss sss s.

The world has turned a few times since I actually got on here last time and in some ways one could say that nothing has happened but in some ways there has been a lot going on. I have been following a columnist for a news paper who noted the "inversion". Back in the 60s something happened to North America. Actually it happened to Europe much sooner and it began happening here in stages back a ways. It just came to the roll over in the 60s. The columnist is likening us to a ship still afloat but inversed, capsized ! What I found interesting was a coment by a younger person and a question by him, "what is the road map back?".

I have been asking people for some time now why it is that North America has been the most productive society on the globe. Why didn't the Old Arab countries in the Middle East put a man on the moon three thousand years ago? Why didn't China? What is it that is differant about North America which makes it the place to be ? Well that is what used to make it the place to be?
I have suggested that it is religion. And I still do. And I suggest that if North America wants to get back to being upright it ought to get back to God ! ! God as the Reformation saw Him and as North America a few generations ago saw Him.

I am Not sanctioning everything that has happened on the NA continent in the past two hundred years ! Don't be a ________ (feel free to fill in the blank). Grab a brain ! I am refering to the general outlook of Most of the people who founded this society. Not all of them were known by God, but enough were And enough paid at least some attention to general Christian Ethics to act as a real moral directive to life that we ended up with such a great place to live.

It frankly does perplex me no end to see people, come from around the world to get away from what was their existance so as to be able to live , insist on bringing all their luggage with them. Religion primary. And it does make me no end of mad to see so many whose roots are here who are doing everything in their power to tear themselves away from what made us great. Well they will and they will get what they wanted. A society just like that which all those people of the world fled from in the past. You don't want God? The feeling is mutual.

I have heard some brainless big mouth say that the present generation is the most moral generation that there ever has been. Moral My ____ ! ! Moral begins with Absolutes.
